It’s well-known that it negatively affects fertility. It:
- Undermines your hormone balance.
- May prevent you from ovulating or cause it to be irregular.
- Make your intimate moments a time to enjoy.
- Learn to breathe in a way that relieves stress.
- Eat healthy food that is free of fat and harmful sugars.
- Get enough sleep.
- Avoid going to places where you feel psychological pressure. Don’t meet with people who stress you out.
- Do activities you love every day, like reading a book or going for a walk.
To relieve stress, do yoga or relaxation exercises.
- Kneel and put your palms on the floor.
- Breathe slowly and deeply.
- Press your back down and your shoulders and head up and back.
- Keep your breath calm. Lower your head toward your belly and raise your back up.

- Sit in a calm room with low light and a mild temperature.
- Wear loose, comfortable clothes. Make sure they are not too thick or too light.
- Sit on a comfortable couch.
- Place your hands at your sides. Allow your head to settle into a comfortable position.
- Close your eyes.
- Speak to yourself silently. Identify the reasons for your stress. Organize them in order of their effects. Then concentrate on changes you can make to get rid of it.
- Concentrate on your breathing. Inhale and exhale calmly and deeply.
